Positive: Excellent location, just outside Cassino but with the tranquility of a countryside house. The host was very attentive to every detail of our stay, providing clear and precise information. The property is well maintained, with a beautiful garden and a wonderful pool to relax. The breakfast was another highlight, with great variety and fresh products that seemed homemade and just baked.

Positive: The most beautiful accommodation in every way inside and out. Picture perfect home of hosts. Very helpful with offer of lifts into Cassino. Used google translate for all communications.

Negative: When we asked tea and water were provided. It would have been much nicer to have these facilities in the room so that we could sort ourselves without bothering the owners.

Positive: Fantastic! everything fresh and home made....Owner was very friendly and welcoming. The views are spectacular, and the pool? wow ! what a find cant praise it enough, you wont regret booking here.

Negative: Nothing we didn't like it was amazing.

Summary: Need a car. BUT, don't even think about staying anywhere else locally, its a special place, amazing!

Positive: Beautiful villa with classic interior and very nice well maintained garden. Wonderful ground floor room with direct access to patio and garden Ok Breakfast with fresh orange juice

Negative: Minor detail but restaurants are not on walking distance but fortunately we had also our electric bikes with us.
